FAQ - Answers to Your Burning Questions
GoodEye answers your questions in regard to shipping, returns, etc.
Orders made through GoodEye are shipped twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
I am trying damn hard to use reusable and/or sustainable shipping products.
All UK orders are sent and tracked through Hermes.
For the rest of the world, all orders are sent and tracked through the UK Royal Mail service.

At GoodEye, I truly believe in our traders and the quality of their pieces. If the item you purchased is not what you expected:
- You may return the item within 14 postal days of purchase.
- The item/s will need to be returned in original purchased condition. I keep crazy records.
- You will receive a refund for the item to the same payment method.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded to and from at this time. The purchaser will need to cover the shipment back for the refund.
GoodEye is currently a one-woman band putting her money where her mouth is. :)
I have tried my best to have the best quality pieces on GoodEye, but as with any preloved item, there are some quirks, which I've tried my best to list on the product's page, if any.
That is the beauty of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, these garments were made for the beauty aesthetics of their time. I have tried my best to accurately list sizing in inches on all items in GoodEye's collection. I will go more in-depth into this from my own experience as vintage appraiser, seller, and trader at a later date.
